Search for Support Programs

The search page lets you explore support programs for the African private sector. Filter by country, sector, donor and more to find opportunities that match your needs.

Accessing the Search

The page is accessible from:

• The main menu → "Programs"
• The home page via "Explore Programs"
• The direct URL: /programs

Page Structure

Hero Banner

Title and description presenting the platform's mission.

Filter Bar

5 dropdown lists and 1 text search field to refine your results:

1. Country: intervention country
2. Donors: funding organizations
3. Sectors: fields of activity
4. Region: African geographical zones
5. Support Type: program type (financing, technical assistance, etc.)
6. Keywords: free text search by name or description

Two action buttons complete the bar: "Apply filters" and "Reset".

Results Area

• Counter of programs found
• Active filter badges (with × button to remove individually)
• Sort menu (5 options)
• View buttons: grid, list or fullscreen map

Displaying Programs

Grid View

Programs are displayed as cards with 12 results per page. Each card shows:

• Program image
• Name and short description
• Intervention countries (badges)
• Covered sectors (badges)
• Donor logos
• Favorites button (login required)
• "View details" button

List View

The list view displays the same information in horizontal format, better suited for quickly comparing programs.

Fullscreen Map

A button in the view bar opens the interactive map in fullscreen, with all geolocated programs.

Sorting Results

The "Sort by" menu offers 5 options:

1. Name A → Z (default)
2. Most recent: recently updated programs
3. Deadline: nearest application deadlines
4. Descending budget: programs with largest budgets
5. Name Z → A

Pagination

Navigate between pages using numbers and arrows. Applied filters are preserved on each page change.

Alert Suggestion

When you use filters, a banner suggests saving your search as an email alert. You'll be notified when new programs match your criteria.

Program Detail Sheet

Click "View details" to access the complete sheet.

Visible at all times while scrolling:

• Return to list
• Add to favorites
• Download PDF sheet

Tip: badges and links are clickable and filter the program list by that criterion.

Similar Programs

At the bottom of the sheet, 3 similar programs are automatically suggested based on shared sectors and countries.

Visitor and Member Access

Visitors (no account): full access to search, filters and sheets. Favorites and PDF downloads require login.

Logged-in members: unlimited PDF downloads, favorites, email alerts and complete history.
