Description

The PAVIE II program is a multi-sectoral initiative designed to support and promote entrepreneurial initiatives led by women and young people in Senegal. It builds on the success of Phase I, which demonstrated significant results in training, job creation, and business structuring. This phase strengthens access to financing, technical support, and digital innovation, and contributes to the integration of stakeholders into strategic value chains (agriculture, crafts, and technology). The approach combines tailored financial instruments, vocational training, mentoring services, and a territorial approach to interventions through local structures.

Objectives

Sustainable Job Creation: Promote the creation and consolidation of direct and indirect jobs through women's and youth entrepreneurship. Economic Empowerment: Strengthen access to finance, build entrepreneurial capacity, and increase the financial independence of beneficiaries. Value Chain Development: Support initiatives in high-potential sectors (agriculture, crafts, digital technology) to stimulate local development. Digitalization and Innovation: Introduce digital processes to improve the efficiency of support services and the integration of entrepreneurs into modern markets.
