Description
The Inclusive and Resilient Rural Development Support Program (PADRIR) is a government initiative supported by international partners, namely the International Fund for Agricultural Development (IFAD), the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID), and the Arab Bank for Economic Development in Africa (BADEA), aimed at strengthening the resilience, productivity, and economic inclusion of rural areas in the DRC. It operates through a set of integrated interventions combining improvements to agricultural production systems, modernization of rural infrastructure, and capacity building for local stakeholders, while also facilitating access to basic social services and markets for rural populations.
