Description
INReMP aims to strengthen integrated natural resource management in Kenya, while improving food security, nutrition, and the incomes of vulnerable rural households. The program emphasizes community action, ecosystem restoration, the development of green rural activities (eco-enterprises), and climate change adaptation. It promotes nature-based economic models involving public-private-product partnerships (“4Ps”: public, private, producer, partners) to strengthen sustainable value chains.
