Description
The Agricultural SME Development for Employment (AMD4J) project is a structured program to stimulate sustainable job creation in Ethiopia through systemic support for entrepreneurship in agricultural micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises, primarily those led by youth and women. It adopts a dual-track approach: improving access to appropriate finance and non-financial services; and strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem to increase the viability and competitiveness of agricultural SMEs.
