Description

The Tree Crop Diversification Project (TCDP) is a structured rural development project designed to modernize and diversify the timber crop sector in Ghana, including cocoa, cashew, coconut, and rubber, in 11 targeted districts. Its intervention strategy is based on institutional strengthening, agricultural innovation (resistant varieties, digital traceability), support for SMEs in post-harvest activities and market access, while integrating environmental sustainability and social inclusion (women, youth, and chilled tillage prevention).
