The program to support business competitiveness and empower the population through job creation (CAP Emplois) aims to strengthen job creation to promote economic inclusion through entrepreneurship and skills development, by encouraging the creation of new businesses, the growth and formalization of existing SMEs. Its intervention strategy is based on removing structural constraints faced by entrepreneurs, particularly access to financing, skills, and the regulatory framework.
