Description

The AGUIPE-E Entrepreneur Support Program is the operational arm of the Training, Integration, Entrepreneurship, Resilience (FIERE) project, dedicated to youth entrepreneurship and self-employment. It aims to structure a comprehensive support pathway, from ideation to the consolidation of economic activities, leveraging existing public employment services.

The program combines professionalization of support services, direct assistance to young entrepreneurs, and networking with the economic ecosystem to contribute sustainably to the integration and resilience objectives of FIERE.

Objectives

🚀 Strengthen advisor skills:
Train 25 advisors for professional support through three months of intensive theory and practice.

👥 Boost youth employability and self-employment:
Target and train project leaders and NEETs (Not in Education, Employment, or Training) in Conakry (150), Kindia (100), and Mamou (50) to develop their initiatives.

️ Structure the entrepreneurial journey:
Implement ideation, incubation, and development with toolkits adapted to the Guinean context.

🤝 Foster the ecosystem:
Deploy a digital platform for monitoring, reporting, and access to funding/markets.
