Description

The INECO Project (Economic Inclusion in Morocco) aims to strengthen the economic inclusion of young people and women in Morocco by improving their employability, facilitating access to economic opportunities, and consolidating an environment conducive to entrepreneurship. It is structured around an integrated intervention approach that combines vocational training, job placement support, skills development, and the stimulation of an entrepreneurial spirit, while aligning with the National Employment and Entrepreneurship Policy 2023–2035 (PNEE 35) of the Kingdom of Morocco.

Objectives

🎯 Improve employability:
Provide guidance services and training focused on skills demanded by the labor market.

👥 Strengthen economic inclusion:
Facilitate access to employment opportunities through pilot programs and public-private partnerships.

🚀 Foster entrepreneurship:
Support young people and women in starting businesses through mentorship and self-employment support.

🌍 Promote decent work:
Contribute to inclusive socio-economic resilience in targeted areas, including disaster-stricken areas.
