Description
The GIZ program “Support for Micro, Small, and Medium-Sized Enterprises in Benin” aims to strengthen the development and competitiveness of Beninese MSMEs by improving their entrepreneurial, managerial, and technical skills, while facilitating access to skilled labor. It combines training and individualized coaching based on the SME Loop methodology, supports the recruitment and retention of employees, and facilitates networking between businesses and training centers, employment agencies, and other stakeholders. At the same time, it sustainably strengthens the support ecosystem by consolidating the capacities of local structures (incubators, SAEs, training providers) in order to create a sustainable environment conducive to business growth and job creation.
